Toolara.io provides free browser-based tools. We designed the site to minimize data collection and keep most processing on your device.
What runs in your browser
Many tools (such as password generation, hashing, formatting, and converters) process your input locally in your browser. That content is not uploaded to Toolara just to use the tool.
Network-based tools
Some tools need an external request to work, for example IP Lookup, DNS Lookup, Whois Lookup, and HTTP Headers Checker. Those tools only send the information required to complete the lookup.
Local preferences
Favorites and recently used tools are stored in your browser's localStorage on your device. Clearing site data removes them.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand anonymous traffic and performance. This helps improve Toolara and does not require you to create an account.
Cookies
Toolara does not use advertising cookies. Essential hosting and analytics technologies provided by our platform may be used to operate and measure the site.
